Phenoms Lacrosse takes pride in having the best staff in Florida. Our program will provide the highest level of coaching with a staff of former Pro and Division 1 Players who know what it takes to play at the highest level.

Tony Lowe

Executive Director- Tony Lowe grew up playing lacrosse for Long Island powerhouse Ward Melville High School, winning a State Title in 1997 and finishing Second in 1998. During his senior year, he was second on Long Island in goals (60) and points (109). His play earned him a scholarship to Lehigh University in the prestigious Patriot League. While there, Tony was voted athlete of the year in 2002 and 2003. He finished eighth in the country in goals-scored in 2002 and led all of Division 1 in goals scored in 2003. He founded LearnLax Academy in 2004, Snipers Lacrosse in 2009, and is a Camp Director for Nike in the summer.  He previously worked with Casey Powell on the Major League Experience Tournament around the 2012 Major League Lacrosse All-Star Game. 

Mario Ventiquattro

Director of Offensive Coaching: Mario Ventiquattro is the son of legendary Carthage High School coach Kirk Ventiquattro. He was a High School All-American and Central New York Player of the Year. After HS he played at Ohio State where he was a 4 year starter and tallied over 100 points. After graduation he played 5 years in the MLL for the Ohio Machine and Florida Launch. Recently he was Captain of the 10th ranked Philippines National Team and made the President's Team for Most Outstanding Players of the World Games

Casey Cittadino

Director of Defensive Coaching- Casey Cittadino is currently the Director of Player Development ofr Israel Lacrosse's U13 team. He played 9 years in the MLL, first with the Denver Outlaws (2006-12) then with the Charlotte Hounds (2012-2014). While at Towson University he was a 2X captain and an All-American. He was recently honored as part of the All-Time Towson Team
